The recipient will have exhibited enthusiasm and energy while striving to excel in a wide range of activities within and outside the School. The recipient also will have shown significant academic improvement during the HBA 1 year compared to ndergraduate years before joining HBA.

Awarded to a full-time student of outstanding quality at the end of their first year in the Honors Business Administration Program, who has demonstrated growth, reliability, consistency and mentor-ship during the first year of the Program. The recipient will have exhibited enthusiasm and energy while striving to excel in a well-rounded range of activities within and outside the Business School. The recipient also will have shown significant academic improvement during the HBA 1 year compared to the undergraduate years before joining the HBA Program (HBA 1 average versus the HBA admission average). A committee comprised of the HBA Faculty Director, Faculty Section Heads, the HBA Program Services Director and the Financial Aid Administrator will select the recipient. This award was generously established by the Cuddy Family in memory of Stephen Cuddy.
