Scholarships are awarded in amounts of up to $1,000 based on number of applicants and availability of funds. * APPLICANTS MUST BE A STARFLEET MEMBER AND MUST HAVE BEEN A STARFLEET MEMBER FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE. The application period runs from January 1 through June 15 of each year. June 15 is the Application Deadline. To be eligible for the 2018 Scholarship awards, the member must have joined prior to June 15, 2017. The scholarships are presented at our annual International Conference each summer. In 2018, they will be presented during the weekend of August, 10 - 12, at the conference in Bloomington, Minnesota.
