None. Participants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or able to provide proof of immigration. Artists must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the contest deadline. The Justice Centre will not accept submissions from its directors, employees, representatives, or their immediate family and household members. Each participant can submit up to 3 original entries, regardless of category.
