This scholarship awards five students $1,000 scholarships towards their post-secondary education. The program is named after the Honourable William G. Davis, 18th Premier of Ontario, whose passion for education contributed to his work in building Ontario’s community college system.

Each application will be assessed based on set criteria and recipients will be notified by the end of August. * What you need to apply: * Secondary school information (school name, location, dates of attendance and grade/GPA) Post- secondary school information (school name, location, dates of attendance and grade/GPA) Volunteering experience (organization name, dates volunteered and number of hours) Extracurricular activities (dates and activity details) * An essay that details your financial assistance needs, how this scholarship will help you achieve your academic goals and how you will use your education to influence social change. (500 words or less)
