Dennis Daub was CEO of the Education Credit Union (ECU) for 31 years. He officially retired in 2011. ECU is a financial institution formed by two former WRDSB teachers in 1972 as a co-operative alternative, designed for school board staff and their families. Dennis’ association with the credit union dates back to the year it was formed, when he worked for the Waterloo Region District School Board. He served on the ECU Board of Directors until he assumed the role of General Manager in 1979.
